Kosmo!

Kosmo! is a Malay language compact format newspaper in Malaysia possessed by Utusan Melayu (Malaysia) Berhad. It is accessible in Malaysia at most newsstands.

It started on August 30, 2004 by Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. Kosmo! existed when the public was in an anxious need of a newspaper that could be effortlessly read and carried. This newspaper matches the taste of Malaysians who are frequently busy with their daily matters. All the sections in this newspaper employ an exclamation mark (!).

Previously, Kosmo! was sold in Malaysia at a price of 80 cents on a daily basis apart from Sundays, when it was sold at RM 1.00 under a different name, that is Kosmo Ahad. However, by April 2007, Kosmo! priced at RM1.00 for every day, whereas on Sundays it is sold at RM1.20.
